Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced Mid-Level Operations Technician to manage and support complex operational systems. Primary Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on operational equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Monitor system performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
Document maintenance activities, operational procedures, and system changes.
Assist in training junior staff and onboarding new team members.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support project initiatives and system upgrades as needed.
Respond to any anomalies.
Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and system manuals.
Support documentation of operational procedures and reports.
Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI is required to be considered with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph prior to starting with Leidos
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
2-5 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or technical support.
Strong understanding of industrial, mechanical, or electrical systems.
Proficient with diagnostic tools, software, and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Certifications such as OSHA, HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical certifications.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving accountability
Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure
Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing real-time operations
