Role: Global Program Manager 

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid working role,1 Day from our Client's office in Slough, 1 Day from our London HQ)
 

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client, the Global Program Manager will define and shape all account processes and set operational best practices across the account. The global program manager will be responsible for the central planning of all project work.
 

What you will be doing:

  • Overview of all KF OEB content activity, including Master projects agreed and ad hoc projects
  • Overseeing the scoping, planning and specification of projects 
  • Take overall responsibility for your team’s project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard for marketing communication channels
  • Providing support to the team to create and manage master documentation 
  • Effectively monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget. 
  • Maintain and support the client’s brand guidelines and standards as specified and manage the quality control across all offices
  • Develop consultative relationships with key marketing technology and operations clients. 
  • Develop and effectively maintain excellent working relationships with the Client Services team to deliver projects on brief
  • Brand understanding across the portfolio
  • The ability to add value to differentiation requirements
  • Working in a team of 30 across UK/France/MORE/Hubs 
  • 1 direct reports - Traffic Manager

What you need to be great in this role:

  • The ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality work that is on time and within budget. 
  • The ability to parachute into situations, assess them and make quick beneficial decisions
  • Being able to define best practice and creative processing. 
  • Understanding of the importance of prioritising work/shifting priorities as required to meet ever-changing deadlines.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and willing to refine the key skills for running a business
