Job Description

Join our finance team and support daily accounting operations in a Global environment.

Roles of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Handling accounts payable tasks, including vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payments
• Supporting VAT and withholding tax filings
• Preparing journal entries and assisting with month-end closing
• Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
• Supporting annual audit and tax-related requests
• Maintaining accounting documents and handling internal / vendor inquiries
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of VAT & withholding tax
• Knowledge of Excel; Oracle experience is a plus
• Fluent in Chinese; able to communicate in simple English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
