Job Description:

Lead a highly motivated technology team driving the transformation of next generation software! Provide strategic leadership, embrace continuous improvement, and help the team transform the Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop technical vision and drive strategies that deliver next generation SaaS solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Attract, retain, and develop world class talent.
  • Technology Delivery: Lead delivery management from epic refinement, development and QA to production delivery ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and cost effective.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external providers, technology partners and operations teams to meet performance goals and drive transformational projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, peer technology teams, data science, and operations to align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Financial Management: Drive fiscal responsibility and actively manage to defined budget targets.

Job Qualifications:

  • 7+ years related experience in leading SaaS product delivery or similar technology solutions
  • 5+ years of progressive management/leadership experience with direct budget responsibility
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex multi-year technology projects with positive business outcome in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated technical depth in GCP, AWS, or Azure clouds and .Net, Java, SQL, or similar technologies
  • Demonstrated success establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior management level, internal and external to an organization, to drive collaboration
  • Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate staff in both technical and leadership development
  • Desired experience in the property insurance or real estate industry

Annual Pay Range:

159,200 - 172,600 USD
