With your subject matter expertise in deep learning and speech processing you’ll have a high impact on our product and mission to make conversations more valuable. We are looking for people with ASR/TTS/Speech-to-Speech experience.

Your Impact

• Define research roadmap toward industry-leading speech-to-text, text-to-speech or speech-to-speech technologies
• Explore new algorithms and model structures with training, evaluating, and optimizing speech models for various factors including accuracy, latency, and resource utilization
• Preprocess and curate large speech datasets for training models
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech recognition and related technologies with opportunities to attend conferences
• Collaborate with backend team to deploy new models to production and mentor junior researchers and engineers 

We're looking for someone who

• 10+ years of industry experience in ASR, TTS, Speech-to-Speech or related areas
• Masters or Ph.D. degree in computer science, machine learning, speech/language processing or related field
• Strong programming skills with working knowledge of Python & C++
• Comfort working in a Linux command-line environment
• Team player with good communication skills (oral and written)

Salary range

Salary Range: $210,000 to $275,000 USD per year.

This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent based on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of our comprehensive total rewards package.
