Job Description:

Cash Management:

• Prepares Investable Fund Report, Collection Report, Daily Cash Position Report, Contribution and Withdrawal Report
• Records cash management related entries in PAM/SUN/SAP
• Updates daily the available and withdrawable balances of various collection accounts of operating funds and executes fund transfers from collection bank accounts to investment account based on agreed maintaining balances.
• Coordinates and confirms with banks maturities of money market placements as of given date.
• Process all fund transfers to /from various banks based on instruction from the requesting unit or as needed for funding, notional and others and submits to manager for review.
• Performs timely and accurate settlement of FX trades
• Monitors investment cash balances daily

Preferred skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• preferrably a CPA

Qualifications:

• Experience: at least 1 year in Treasury Operations

Technical/Soft Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)/Internet applications
• Good English communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues/concerns on a timely basis
• Personal attributes such as initiative, attention to detail and with sound work ethics
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Quick learner
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
