As IT Analyst III, you will deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Provides application software development services or technical support
Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
Required: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
Preferred: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in programming languages, Java, Object-Oriented programming concepts and design patterns, in browser technologies (HTML5, Angular, Javascript, Jquery, CSS3)
Preferred: Prior experience with energy – measurement, trading, scheduling, and accounting
Preferred: Software Development using a wide variety of development languages including Angular .NET, Java and Microsoft SSIS
Preferred: Experience developing in Microsoft Azure or other cloud platform
Preferred: Working knowledge of Windows & Unix Servers
Preferred: Experienced in Agile methodologies such as Scrum
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
