Accenture’s Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice helps clients navigate complex change across technology transformation, operating model redesign, workforce shifts, cultural evolution, and HR innovation. We are growing our leadership team in Sydney and seeking an experienced Senior Manager specialising in Change Management to drive strategic programs and lead multidisciplinary teams.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role in designing and delivering people-centric transformation across industries such as financial services, government, resources, health, consumer products, and technology.

You will lead client engagements, shape change strategies, manage senior stakeholders, and oversee the successful delivery of complex programs of work. This is a strategic role with high visibility and significant impact on both client outcomes and the growth of our T&O practice.
 

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end change delivery across major transformation programs, including digital, cloud, technology implementation, organisational redesign, and enterprise-wide change.

  • Design enterprise change strategies, frameworks, roadmaps, and adoption plans.

  • Provide advisory and coaching to C-suite, executives, and senior sponsors.

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, providing guidance, quality assurance, and capability uplift.

  • Shape and drive client relationships with senior stakeholders across complex environments.

  • Oversee change impact assessments, readiness reviews, workforce transition, behavioural adoption and benefits realisation.

  • Facilitate leadership workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums.

  • Partner closely with colleagues across Strategy, Technology, Industry, and HR to drive integrated delivery.

  • Contribute to practice growth, pipeline development, proposals, market engagement, and talent development.

  • Act as a thought leader, bringing insights on emerging trends in change, workforce, culture, and transformation.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering Change Management programs in large, complex environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading transformation at scale (e.g., technology programs, org design, operating model, HR transformation, workforce change, culture change).

  • Strong capability in stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication.

  • Proven experience leading teams and shaping client outcomes as a trusted advisor.

  • Deep knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, Agile change, Accenture frameworks).

  • Prior consulting experience is highly valued.

  • Industry experience across one or more of the following is advantageous:

    • Banking & Financial Services

    • Government & Public Sector

    • Energy & Utilities

    • Health

    • Consumer & Retail

    • Technology or Telecommunications

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience contributing to business development.
