ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking motivated Consultant, Incident support (QE Background) to join National Australia Bank. As a Consultant, Incident support (QE Background) , you will ensure stability, availability and reliability of production platforms and systems to generate marketing leads for our valuable bankers. The role requires to co-ordinate with various service teams to ensure their platform remains stable to process the leads generation tasks within committed threshold and engage incident management team in case of failure and recover the incident at earliest with production service team

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the end-to-end flow/architecture on different applications that are required for leads generation.

  • Work closely with the different stakeholders to align leads delivery with overall business goals/deliver on time.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on leads status to relevant stake holders.

  • Track the leads delivery performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate with the different stakeholders in the technology team to ensure changes on their system doesn’t impact the leads delivery.

  • xplore the opportunities involved in terms of optimisation of the jobs/process involved in the leads E2E journey.

  • The role requires to co-ordiante with various service teams to ensure their platform remains stable to process the leads generation tasks within committed threshold and engage incident management team in case of failure and recover the incident at earliest with production service team

  • Frontline Technology Test Strategy establishment - Covering all agreed in scope assets, scenarios (BAU, Project, emergency changes etc), policy definition, processes, acceptance criteria’s etc.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Willingness to learn new tech to keep pace with business improvement.

  • Understanding business issues linked to the application & extensive knowledge of banking procedures and systems.

  • Solid commercial IT experience, banking industry knowledge

  • Professional presentation and approach with all personal and business interactions including direct reports, peers and management.
