Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Merchant Support Specialist to join our growing Merchant Support team within Acquiring. This is not a traditional customer service role — it involves ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration to drive merchant satisfaction and support strategic growth. The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support for our key merchants.
