About the Role & Program:
The Walt Disney Company's Corporate Communications department is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the Disney Corporate Creative Resources (DCCR) Design team. This intern will contribute to a variety of creative projects, including event design, digital graphics, print production, and brand identity work. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. This internship is a full-time commitment in the Glendale, CA area from June 2026 – January 2027.
What You Will Do:
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will:
- Develop graphics, posters, presentations, event signage, social media assets, and digital communications.
- Support event design projects, including both in-person and virtual events.
- Assist with photo editing and illustration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative partners on design research and brainstorming.
- Work closely with a Senior Designer mentor to bring projects from concept to completion.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing.
- Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of file formats for print and web.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with motion graphics and Figma.
- Passion for The Walt Disney Company and the entertainment industry.
Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Candidates graduating in May/June 2026 preferred.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information:
- Fully available Monday through Friday about 40 hours weekly for the entire program duration: June 2026 – January 2027.
- Able to provide own housing and have reliable transportation for the internship program duration in Glendale, CA.

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
