The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our "Know your Network" Zero Trust Architecture capabilities. We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and support our Forward Networks commercial tool, ensuring our network inventory, maps, and vulnerabilities are meticulously captured, organized, and maintained. This role offers an exciting chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to our robust cybersecurity framework.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Forward Networks tool to capture, organize, and maintain Mission Island's network inventory, maps, and associated vulnerabilities.
• Integrate the network inventory with the High Side network enterprise model.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract relevant information from various data sources.
• Run analytics against large data repositories to identify trends and potential security issues.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong Python development skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Python experience within the last 5 years.
  • AWS experience.
  • Gitlab CI/CD experience.
  • Docker Library Development/Maintenance.
  • Experience in statistical analysis, data mining, advanced analytics, data management, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • Experience developing cybersecurity-related analytics.
• Experience:
  • 12 years minimum with a High School Diploma/GED.
  • 10 years minimum with an Associate’s degree.
  • 8 years minimum with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6 years minimum with a Master’s degree.
  • 4 years minimum with a Doctorate’s degree.
  • All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category and from accredited institutions.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Elasticsearch/Splunk.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Ansible skills.
• Grafana experience.
