Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and process-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships and Affiliate team. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team by creating, managing, and disseminating sales processes, training programs, and sales assets. This role is essential in supporting the launch of new and existing products in the market, ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Development: Work with Stakeholder teams to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.
Training & Development: Create and deliver training programs for sales team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
Asset Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive library of sales assets, including presentations, brochures, and other collateral, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Managing delivery of assets independently as well sa through an external agency.
Market & Product Support: Collaborate with product teams to gather and disseminate key product information to the sales team, facilitating smooth product launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales enablement activities with broader business goals.
Autonomous Operation: Manage projects and initiatives independently, taking ownership of outcomes and driving them to successful completion.
Managing Process and Product Adoption: Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and products in our internal and external stakeholder teams through detailed Sales Enablement plans.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales enablement, sales, or account management role. Experience within ecommerce or online affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong process orientation with a demonstrated ability to develop and refine sales processes.
Keen eye for detail and ability to create simple, useful, and intuitive assets for use in Sales Enablement programmes.
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and inspire sales teams.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, sales enablement and asset management tools, and data analysis platforms. Experience with Photoshop or similar creative tools a plus.
