As the Engagement Manager for Business Intelligence, AI and Enterprise Software in the pharmaceutical sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing our market presence. Leveraging your expertise in technology sales, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, crafting compelling solutions, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the pharmaceutical industry.
Working with a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive individual and collective success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and customer success initiatives.
Solution Selling:
Showcase in-depth knowledge of Business Intelligence and AI technologies tailored to the pharmaceutical sector.
Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and propose customized solutions that address their specific needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to articulate the value proposition of our technology stack.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry, expanding the company's footprint in the market.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborative Partnerships:
Foster strong partnerships with technology vendors, ensuring access to the latest advancements and maintaining a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on market feedback and evolving industry needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in technology sales, with a focus on CRM, Business Intelligence, and AI solutions.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities would be a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Self motivated with the ability to navigate in a global organization
Fluent in Polish and English
