Foster a culture of continuous learning across the organisation
Proven experience in capability development, commercial excellence, or L&D within healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG
Strong understanding of sales force effectiveness, marketing, and omnichannel engagement
Experience designing learning programmes for diverse markets and cultures
Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with digital learning platforms, coaching tools, and performance analytics
Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills
Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment
Change management capability and an ability to influence leaders at all levels
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Learning & Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Professional certifications (CIPD, ATD, etc.)
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
The Capability Manager will be central to shaping the next generation of digital‑enabled learning in ANI — leveraging AI platforms, personalised learning journeys, digital coaching, and analytics to embed capability into everyday workflows.
