Summary: The Enterprise Network Lead is responsible for the architecture, operations, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across global environments. This role involves technical leadership in Cisco Routing & Switching, Fortinet switching, Meraki/Fortinet Wireless, Infoblox DDI, Cisco ISE, VPN, and F5 Load Balancers. The Lead Engineer will guide L2 teams, handle escalations, and ensure network reliability, performance, and security. Roles and responsibilities -Lead operations, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple data centers and branch locations. -Manage and configure Cisco routing and switching, including high availability and redundancy setups. -Oversee Fortinet switches and Meraki/Fortinet wireless networks for secure and reliable connectivity. -Administer and maintain Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) services. -Manage Cisco ISE, RADIUS, and TACACS+ for network access control and authentication. -Configure, monitor, and optimize VPN solutions — including IPSec, SSL, and remote access VPNs across Cisco and Fortinet platforms. -Configure, maintain, and optimize F5 Load Balancers for traffic management and high availability. -Provide technical leadership, mentor L2 engineers, and serve as the final escalation point for network incidents. -Participate in network design, architecture reviews, and capacity planning. -Develop and implement operational standards, documentation, and change control processes. -Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams for integrated solution delivery. -Monitor and improve network performance, reliability, and resilience. Professional & Technical Skills: -Deep expertise in Cisco routing & switching and Fortinet switching. -Strong knowledge of Meraki/Fortinet wireless solutions. -Hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI, Cisco ISE, RADIUS, and TACACS+. -In-depth understanding of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Remote Access). -Experience configuring and supporting F5 Load Balancers. -Proven leadership in network operations center (NOC) environments. -Ability to manage complex incidents, drive RCA, and ensure SLA adherence. -Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong understanding of ITIL-based operations, change management, and SLA adherence. -Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. -Working knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN and VeloCloud SD-WAN. -Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools (Ansible, Python). -Exposure to ITIL and service management frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. -Fortinet NSE 5/6/7/8, VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud), Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or F5 Certified Professional certifications. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
