About IntegonAbout the role
The Loss Drafts Associate is responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues and evaluating exceptions. This role supports borrowers, contractors & Insurance companies by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls and process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds
Key Responsibilities:
· Responds to written and verbal customer requests, inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Validates documents pertaining to claim
· Orders and reviews inspection results
· Requests claim funds when applicable
· Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks
· Assists with cross training inbound representatives on borrower follow up queue
· Updates records and note system
· Verifies claim check deposits
· Processes draws/draw approvals and payee header requests for claims
Education and Experience
· High School Diploma/ GED (Preferred)
· Call Center experience (Preferred)
· Insurance industry knowledge (Preferred)
Minimum Skills and Competencies:
The following skills and abilities are required. Adjustments can be made for individuals with disabilities.
· Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Must be customer-focused and able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve questions and concerns.
· Able to multitask and manage multiple systems daily.
Desired Skills:
· Previous experience in insurance customer service.
For this position, we offer up to $ 24,000 MXN. monthly before taxes.
Work-From-Home may apply depending on performance.
