Position Summary...

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Job Summary  

The People Services team is a dynamic and multi-functional team spanning across several pillars like Contact Center, Data Administration, Recruiting Services, Unemployment Claims, Canada HR alongside critical support teams like Transaction Support, Integrations, Quality Assurance, People Analytics and Reporting. This Bangalore based team collaborates and works together with our colleagues based out of Charlotte (North Carolina) and Bentonville (Arkansas) creating benchmarks around customer service delivery and a superior associate experience.

What you’ll do   

  • Receives and prioritizes claims, questionnaires and other unemployment related data.

  • Answers the initial claims questions that come from the US state in form of questionnaire by analysing individual case information by reviewing data accessed through around 20 tools.

  • Critically analyses the details available on the tool needs to be done before processing the initial claims which are subject to deadlines. Ensures that work is accurate and complete, processed in a timely manner. 

  • Successfully performs the essential functions in the current role and accomplishes work assignments with minimal or no supervision within specified deadlines and prioritizes the workload.

  • Collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers and other business partners.

  • Determines and recommends ways to improve the unemployment process by demonstrating innovative thinking.

  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Successfully operates in high tempo and multi-tasks, also adheres to rigid deadlines.

  • Demonstrates independent thinking in pinpointing issues and strategizes appropriate solutions related to unemployment claims

  • Practises ethical standards and professionalism and is a team player with positive attitude

  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
