We are looking for someone who would be part of the KYA Operations team responsible for use your outstanding data skills to maintain the consistency of databases as Know Your Agent, Associate in Western Union.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will use your outstanding data skills to maintain the consistency of databases amongst Western Union and its Agencies.
  • You will enroll new agencies after you have verified and analyzed the owners’ personal information to decide if the company will accept or reject them to open a new store.
  • We’ll look for you to maintain general information, downloadable files, limits in critical internal databases and local registries from different country regulators.
  • You’ll use your strong communication skills to coordinate with external clients across the region and with various internal functional units such as the legal department based globally, providing the information about our agents upon request.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or student in information technology, business administration, legal, accounting or others.
  • Methodical, detail oriented and organized.
  • Capacity to work autonomously.
  • Procedure-oriented, customer oriented and quality oriented.
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines.
  • English skills(B2).
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring documentation integrity.
  • You need 1 year of experience in shared services.
  • Microsoft Excel
