Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed in line with industry standards and best practices, while also considering user experience and functionality. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application features, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure the applications are robust and error-free. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop application features and functionality based on the requirements. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the applications are robust and error-free. - Ensure the applications are developed in line with industry standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks used in application development. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems and code repositories. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
