We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Lead Developer with deep expertise across front-end (Angular), backend (Java Spring Boot), and database (SQL Server) technologies. This role requires strong hands-on development skills combined with technical leadership, system design ownership, and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end application development, design scalable cloud-native solutions, and mentor teams while working on mission-critical enterprise platforms. This position leads junior team members with project related activities and tasks. He/She guides and influences department and project teams. This position facilitates collaboration with stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack & Architecture

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end full-stack solutions using Angular, Java Spring Boot, and SQL Server.

  • Own application architecture including microservices, APIs, UI frameworks, data models, and integrations.

  • Participate in system design, modernization, and cloud migration initiatives.

Backend (Java / Spring)

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.

  • Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs following enterprise standards.

  • Develop batch processing and high-volume data pipelines.

  • Implement asynchronous processing using ActiveMQ and/or Kafka.

  • Ensure reliability through performance tuning, resiliency, and fault-tolerant design.

Frontend (Angular)

  • Lead front-end development using Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, RxJS.

  • Build reusable, modular UI components with strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

  • Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and manage async workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to translate designs into high-quality user experiences.

Database (SQL Server)

  • Lead SQL Server database design and development, including schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.

  • Perform query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning.

  • Support ETL workflows using SSIS and ensure data integrity and scalability.

  • Implement best practices for security, backup/restore, disaster recovery, and high availability.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Act as technical lead, guiding developers across front-end, backend, and database layers.

  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality releases.

  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

  • Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.

  • Should be flexible in working hours, extend till US EST Noon hours.

Required Skills

Backend

  • Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Spring Cloud

  • Microservices architecture, REST APIs, distributed systems

  • Messaging: ActiveMQ (required), Kafka/RabbitMQ (preferred)

Frontend

  • Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, RxJS

  • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive design

  • State management (NgRx, Akita, or similar)

Database

  • SQL Server 2016/2019/2022

  • Advanced T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning

  • SSIS for ETL and data integration

DevOps & Cloud

  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions

  • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE)

  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Git, Maven/Gradle

Nice-to-Have

  • GraphQL, gRPC, streaming APIs

  • Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Dynatrace

  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, CloudFormation

  • Micro-frontends or Module Federation

  • AEM or CMS integrations

  • NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 12+ years of overall development experience

  • Strong full-stack hands-on background with proven technical leadership

  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale, cloud-based applications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
