Job Description:
BW Packaging is seeking a Strategic Growth Leader to tackle our most complex business challenges and shape our long-term future. This is a high-impact role where you'll connect market intelligence, customer insights, and financial analysis to drive strategic recommendations and implementation.
As a Strategic Growth Leader, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution—moving seamlessly from analyzing market opportunities to building pilots and implementation plans that deliver real value at scale. You'll collaborate across Product Management, Operations, and Commercial teams to get the right facts on the table, develop viable options, and recommend the best solutions for our business.
What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Insights
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform critical business decisions
Gather primary data through customer interviews, surveys, and site visits to understand market dynamics
Build analytical frameworks and customer segmentations that enhance our strategic understanding
Synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights
Analyze Financial Opportunities
Perform financial analysis to evaluate strategic options and investment opportunities
Develop financial models to assess business cases and return on investment
Support pricing analysis and revenue impact assessments for strategic initiatives
Develop and Evaluate Solutions
Collaborate with the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer to identify and frame critical strategic challenges
Generate creative solutions and strategic alternatives for complex business problems
Conduct thorough evaluation of options using quantitative and qualitative analysis
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with compelling supporting rationale
Lead Implementation
Design detailed implementation plans for approved strategic initiatives
Lead cross-functional workstreams to drive execution, decision-making, and adoption
Develop and lead pilot programs to test strategic concepts and validate scalability
Monitor progress and recommend course corrections to ensure success
Partner with BW Leaders throughout the solution development process to ensure alignment and ownership
Design and execute stakeholder engagement processes that build consensus across functional areas and leadership levels
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, product development, or related commercial or technical roles
Demonstrated ability to connect customer, market, and financial insights to business strategy and growth opportunities
Strong analytical and research skills, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis
Excellent project management capabilities with experience planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to structure insights into compelling narratives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging
Proven ability to collaborate across a matrix organization and build alignment among diverse stakeholders
Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities based on strategic priorities and business needs
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience in the packaging industry, industrial equipment, or adjacent sectors
