Job Description

  • Monthly transaction monitoring with high risk business rules
  • Coordinate with partners and operation team to update client information from monitoring results.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties and mailbox monitoring with correspondence tracking
  • Coordinate with fraud and incidents team for fraud prevention and correction
  • Incident and complaint monitoring and supports (Co-ordinate with clients in case of incidents)
  • Monitoring, coordinate and resolve case from Saleforce
  • Support information for Call Center such as Wallet status etc.
  • Be a 2nd tier of Call center to support SCB Planet Plus clients

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, business computer, IT or related field.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills to quickly response to customer or internal team
