Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system features.
- Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HPE NonStop.
- Experience with backend and frontend development technologies related to HPE NonStop environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across multiple layers of the application stack.
- Experience in integrating user experience considerations into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in HPE NonStop.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
