The Opportunity

This position works out of our Egypt in the Established Pharmaceutical Division where we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

As the Head of Regulatory Affairs, you’ll have the chance to lead and develop a group of regulatory professionals. Combine knowledge of scientific, regulatory and business issues to enable products that are developed, manufactured or distributed to meet required legislation. Interface with outside regulatory agencies and trade associations. Plan, direct, coordinate cross functionally and control the regulatory affairs activities related to products within the area of responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and implementation of regulatory strategy for new and existing products.
• Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines from EDA.

Required Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences with 10 years’ experience in regulatory affairs.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills.
• Advanced Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines of both local manufactured products and imported products.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment  

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of managerial position in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Experience in CMC.
