As a Director on the Corporate Development Integration team, you will lead the strategy, planning and execution of complex integration and change management priorities for our acquisitions, to strengthen the Agentforce 360 platform and drive growth for our customers and the organization. You will orchestrate large-scale, cross-functional M&A efforts, leading through ambiguity and championing change to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive agile decision-making, navigate ambiguity, embrace change and foster a high-performance team culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Execution: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive cross-functional M&A integration and change management strategies in support of the deal objectives and goals. Provide a clear vision, champion team success and proactively remove barriers, always focused on winning as a team.
Stakeholder Influence & Alignment: Cultivate and leverage strong, trusted cross-functional relationships to drive alignment, skillfully negotiate complex trade-offs, and navigate challenges essential to meeting all integration objectives.
Critical Thinking & Agile Decision-Making: Apply critical and strategic thinking to proactively challenge assumptions, generate innovative solutions, and enable agile decision-making. Take calculated risks to accelerate progress and ensure the achievement of key business objectives.
Change Management: Drive the development and delivery of tailored change management programs that accelerate the acquired businesses' connection, productivity, and overall performance.
Program Performance & Transparency: Drive transparency to program performance through stakeholder and sponsor updates to communicate progress, surface issues and opportunities, champion team wins, and use feedback and measurement to continuously adjust and remove barriers.
Strategic & Critical Thinking: Proactively challenge assumptions, solve complex problems, and apply analytical rigor to generate innovative solutions.
Stakeholder Influence & Alignment: Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships across a wide stakeholder base, leveraging influence to resolve issues and drive alignment toward common goals.
M&A Integration Program Leadership: Proven capability in integration program oversight, taking full ownership, and driving execution to deliver holistic results in complex, high-stakes M&A efforts.
Leading Change & Ambiguity: Lead effectively through extreme ambiguity, champion change management, and drive agile decision-making, even with incomplete information.
Advanced Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and humility required to present to executive leaders and excel in formal presentations across diverse settings, demonstrating respectful communication regardless of hierarchy.
Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and Salesforce product portfolios, industry trends and ability to articulate integration impacts.
Relentless Customer Focus: Ensure integration decisions and plans are relentlessly focused on driving a positive, value-add experience for the customer base of the acquired company and Agentforce 360.
Leadership and Interpersonal: High EQ, low ego and dedicated to "Winning as a Team" by visibly celebrating achievements, promoting team wellness, and inspiring others to seek growth opportunities.
7-10 years experience leading complex, large-scale, and global M&A integration programs, managing teams and stakeholders across diverse geographies and time zones
Broad understanding of Go to Market, Product and Business Operational strategies
Experience with senior level stakeholders eg SVP/EVP
Proven ability to lead through extreme ambiguity and manage complex, high-stakes projects
