BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.

BODi, a leader of in-home fitness programs and nutritional products, is on the lookout for top-notch talent. We’re an equal-opportunity employer who offers competitive compensation and incredible incentive opportunities, filled with smart, friendly people and positive energy. Are you ready to help us achieve our goal of helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives? Read on.

Why is the Data & Analytics team important to BODi?

The Data & Analytics team (DNA) works closely with departments across the organization to utilize our rich data assets to drive strategic business decisions and enable an optimal consumer experience across all our platforms. Our goal is to extract actionable insights to increase business performance and leverage customer behavioral data to develop capabilities that help enhance our ability to attract, engage and retain digital subscribers. We utilize leading data science and advanced analytics techniques to influence acquisition channels, subscriber retention strategies, product development and personalization. The DNA team provides functional expertise across an end-to-end data and analytics ecosystem that consists of strategic analytics, business intelligence, cloud data infrastructure, data architecture and engineering, data product management, consumer & marketing analytics, product analytics and data science.
