Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Directs all financial functions of the division, including: business planning, budget development, analysis and implementation, coordination with CFU central accounting/financial planning, general accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, revenue modeling, cost and project accounting and auditing of the annual operating budget.
May coordinate all human resources functions school as the department/division’s primary personnel officer and liaison to Human Resources for searches, recruitment authorizations, salary/staffing models and annual performance review process.
Plans, coordinates and conducts complex projects, particularly those related to the implementation of the Division’s strategic plan, creates reports, serves on campus and divisional committees, and provides staff training related to enhancing staff knowledge and expertise of budget management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
