The Strata Premier Product Manager role will lead the end-to-end Strategy for the Strata Premier portfolio including the design and execution of the portfolio’s Growth Strategy, financial performance optimization and Acquisition & ECM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisitions Strategy: Partner with Marketing, acquisition channels, Risk and Analytics teams to optimize the Strata Premier acquisition strategies and define new treatments, limited time offers and testing opportunities to drive portfolio and revenue growth, while optimizing acquired account lifetime profitability and sales efficiency. This includes looking for improvement opportunities on channel and customer mix, CPA, approval and response rates, through optimization of pricing, offer, acquisition bonus and other levers.
  • Premier Accelerated Growth: Develop and execute partnerships, offer enhancements and upgrade/conversion strategies to achieve significant portfolio growth ensuring alignment with the overall Rewards Product Family Strategy.
  • P&L Management: Gain an overall understanding of the product P&L to ensure tactics are driving the right portfolio dynamics and addressing revenue, expense and credit loss challenges and opportunities. Actively partner with the Finance, risk and Analytics teams on the different forecasting exercises for the Strata Premier portfolio.
  • Customer Experience & Marketing: Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
  • Control: Support the identification and resolution of issues to ensure an effective control environment

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
