Our federal client conducts analyses to support regulatory decision-making for new and generic drugs and require

rapid response times consistent with PDUFA and GDUFA review time clocks.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide scientific analysis to support business operation decisions.
  • Independently perform or direct AI/machine learning-based research in accordance with established protocols in specific areas (such as large language models and synthetic data generation), evaluate research progress, identify issues and provide solutions, and discuss findings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Participate in planning and developing of AI-based research, recommend methods, and develop and/or modify methods and procedures for conducting projects.
  • Determine time and resources required to execute projects and help establish plans and schedules.
  • Guide or direct other computational research associates in experimental procedures and processes.
  • Participate in the design and data analysis of clinical trials to study the efficacy and/or safety of medical interventions using AI techniques.
  • Develop, validate, implement, and upgrade AI models to assist in the review of regulatory submissions and facilitate the discussion and revision of regulatory guidelines or policies.
  • Attendance at all relevant organizational meetings at the DARS and CTCS levels

What You Will Need:

  • Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence or related field
  • Minimum of TWO (2) years' experience  
  • Experience conducting data collection, analysis, and writing scientific manuscripts and technical reports.
  • Experience in developing large language models and synthetic data generation platforms
  • Previous experience analyzing and synthesizing time-series data and health-related IoT data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working productively in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • A multidisciplinary background in healthcare research and AI modeling
  • Experienced in presenting and communicating results to stakeholders and impact to project plans.

The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
