Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and coach planning, scheduling, warehouse, and procurement teams across North America.

  • Develop and implement standard processes and best practices.

  • Monitor factory execution and drive performance through dashboards and KPIs.

  • Facilitate and lead executive-level Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

  • Improve customer on-time delivery through strategic planning and collaboration.

  • Drive excellence in master scheduling, inventory control, and tactical procurement.

  • Support training in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Collaborate across the global value chain to resolve resource imbalances.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role; 10 years in manufacturing preferred.

  • Experience with ERP systems, especially PP module.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
