Major League Baseball is seeking a seasoned Director to join Club Business Operations & Strategy (CBOS). CBOS is part of MLB’s Strategy & Development group, a centralized resource within Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner that works cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies to grow baseball globally.
This position will be a key liaison between the MLB League office and MLB Clubs, leveraging data and strategic insights to drive revenue, fan engagement, and operational excellence across all 30 Clubs. The CBOS Director will work cross-functionally with Product, Ticketing, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Sponsorship to serve as an active voice for Clubs in shaping and operationalizing League-wide strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is not only capable of interpreting data but can also synthesize information from multiple sources, identify scalable solutions and best practices, prioritize, and communicate with a wide variety of audiences. This role requires managerial experience, strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, the ability to own projects from inception to execution, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
