EquipmentShare is searching for a Program Specialist, Dealerships & Subsidiaries for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.  

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

 

Duties/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Co-Op Program Management:
    • Lead the creation of co-op activities and collateral, including design proposals, calendars, performance measurement, and reporting to OEMs.
    • Update co-op invoices in Sage, submit to billing with PO#, and manage communications with OEMs via Monday.com.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    • Identify and address ongoing marketing needs for new and existing retail offerings.
    • Develop and enhance marketing collateral such as line cards, fliers, and signage.
    • Collect customer and sales feedback to continuously improve collateral and product positioning.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Design and execute social media strategies for 7 dealership accounts and Forge & Build.
    • Create and manage content for retail and Forge & Build accounts.
    • Monitor performance and adjust strategies for optimal engagement.
  • Website and Inventory Updates:
    • Update used inventory listings for Retail websites.
    • Maintain careers pages for Takeuchi and SANY.
  • Operational Support:
    • Order RAM kits monthly and as needed.
    • Manage the ordering of line cards and other marketing materials on demand.
    • Maintain the retail events calendar 
    • Maintain  updates to Call Rail systems.
    • Help with SOP processes.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with marketing platforms, social media management, and inventory systems.
  • Conceptual thinking skills.
  • Oral and written communication is a must.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree marketing or related field, required. 
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to sit and work from a computer for long periods of time.
