Job Description:

Collect product hazardous substance control related laws, regulations, industry standards and customer specific requirements, and assist customer quality engineer to improve and enhance company hazardous substances management system and related customer request supporting.

收集产品有害物质控制相关法律法规，行业标准以及客户特殊要求；协助客户质量工程师改进和提升公司有害物质管理体系和相关客户咨询支持。

Key Responsibilities关键职责

• Product hazardous substance related laws/regulations/compliance maintenance: Track global major hazardous substance control laws/regulations, customer special requirement updates and maintain the MPS hazardous substances database.
• IMDS/CAMDS system maintenance: Optimize IMDS/CAMDS database, customer special requirement tracking and provide operation rule training to users.
• Customer Environmental Data System operation rules maintenance and data supporting; Customer customized data collection template maintenance and training to users.
• Supplier material compliance management: New material compliance review and issue communication to supplier, and related performance tracking.
• Environmental test management: annual package test or product test requested by users and maintain related records. Highlight issues to related functions if any.
• 产品有害物质相关法律法规/合规维护：跟踪全球主要有害物质管理法律法规，客户特殊要求的更新，并维护MPS有害物质数据库。
• IMDS/CAMDS系统维护：优化IMDS/CAMDS数据库，跟踪客户特殊需求，为用户提供操作规程培训。
• 客户环境数据系统运行规则维护及数据支持；客户定制数据采集模板维护，并对用户进行培训。
• 供应商有害物质符合性管理：对新材料的符合性进行审核，与供应商进行相关数据的沟通，并跟踪相关绩效。
• 有害物质测试管理：按用户要求进行年度封装测试或产品测试，保存相关记录，并将发现的问题及时汇报给相关部门。

Required Skills所需的技能

Knowledge of IC, semiconductor industry experience is preferred.

了解芯片相关知识，有半导体行业从业经验优先

Knowledge of ISO, hazardous substances management Systems, quality tools is preferred

了解ISO, 有害物质管理体系，质量工具优先

Good English skills, to clearly organize and articulate information and persuasively deliver difficult information internally and to customers.
