Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Infrastructure and the ability to provide hardware/software support for various platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all systems.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
- Troubleshoot and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.
-Azure Kubernetes Services - Management, Upgrades, Deployments, Patching, Troubleshooting of issues.
- Provide hardware/software support for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
- Perform L3 level troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of critical production issues (P1 incidents), coordinating bridge calls and ensuring timely communication and resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Infrastructure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
-Azure administration - VMSS, App services (Web apps and Function Apps), Virtual machines.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
-Certificate renewals - Various SSL and client certificate renewals in On-premise VMs and Azure.
-PowerShell Scripting - Utilize PowerShell for automation of routine administrative tasks and troubleshooting. Mentor team members in scripting best practices.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong understanding on IIS concepts.
- Knowledge on Azure monitoring, KQL.
- Knowledge on SQL queries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across time zones and cultures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
