Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Consultant I will serve as a Specialist in the area of recruitment.

Reports to: HR Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Specific Responsibilities
Daily assignments may include but are not limited to:

• Develop, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborates with department managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
• Actively recruit for open and forecasted positions. This include but not limited to posting and advertisement process in applicant tracking system, social media recruiting, ads, community networking, etc…
• Perform initial screenings with applicants to gain better understanding of qualifications and determine next steps
• Perform demographic data research and aggressive recruitment efforts where there is greater access to a qualified minority workforce
• Attend and participate in job fairs and career related events
• May assist with training and coaching managers on matters related to talent acquisition (ie.. job posting, recruiting diverse candidates, natural career progressions, etc…)
• All other assigned related duties to Talent Acquisition

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• + 2 years recruiting experience
• +1 year experience managing and utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required Licensures/Certifications/Registrations
Preference for Recruiter Academy Certification

Skills and Abilities
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem- solving skills
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking and other recruitment systems
• Proficient user in Microsoft Office products

Interaction with Other Departments and Other Relationships
The person in this role will work extensively with leaders and employees throughout the hospital

Physical Capabilities
This role requires sitting at a desk for extended periods of time while working at a computer. Occasionally exerts force to lift greater than 10 pounds

This position is subject to inside environmental and varying temperature conditions.
