Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:
Will be working in shifts in rotation and providing 24x7 monitoring of applications and providing L1 and L2 support

As an Application Support MuleSoft Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components operate smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Monitor application status using provided dashboards or tools for common issues
- Generate incident reports and track resolution efficiency.
- Collect and document incident details in a ticketing or incident management system
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
- Strong understanding of API management and integration patterns.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and deployment strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
