About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Health Markets team in Mexico City. This role will lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects that span multiple portfolios. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, testing, legal, and more to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. You’ll also help shape development roadmaps and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage up to four highly complex projects annually, along with moderate and simple projects.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Build and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, and performance tracking.
Negotiate resource allocation and manage capacity planning.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements across teams.
Ensure compliance with corporate and public regulations.
Perform data analysis to support project decisions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and deliver results.
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in IT PMO roles.
Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
Strong skills in Agile methodologies, negotiation, and process improvement.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with resource planning, risk management, and cross-team collaboration.
Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
