Position Overview:
The Technical Services & Training Specialist supports the Technical Services Manager in developing, delivering, and maintaining technical, operational, regulatory, and service training programs. This role serves as a technical resource for franchise owners and associates by providing technical guidance, supporting compliance initiatives, assisting with product evaluations, and helping ensure consistent service delivery across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, delivering, and maintaining technical training programs for franchise owners, managers, office staff, and service professionals.
Provide technical guidance and operational support related to pest management, equipment, application techniques, and service quality.
Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including pesticide licensing, certification requirements, and communication of regulatory updates.
Assist with evaluating new products, equipment, and service offerings through field testing and performance analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service protocols, operational resources, and technical documentation.
Coordinate technical training events, onboarding activities, and certification programs while maintaining training materials and learning management system content.
Track training effectiveness and service quality metrics and maintain technical resource libraries and knowledge management systems.
Perform other duties as required.

Education, Experience, & Certifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
2–4 years of experience in pest management, technical services, training, or operations support.
Certified pesticide applicator or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred:
An Associate's degree in a related field.
Experience in mosquito or general pest management.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience supporting franchise operations.
