Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Data Analyst to join our Hong Kong Data Management Team (HK DMT). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Access Management, Scrum-based delivery, and Data Governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence across enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Management: Implement and maintain role-based access controls and data access policies. Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with governance specialists to validate access provisioning processes.
• Scrum Management: Act as an organizer of Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Work closely with Data Delivery Leads/ Data Operations Leads, to deliver prioritized backlog items. Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of data-related tasks.
• Data Governance: Partner with HK DMT Access Management Lead for Data Back Bone (Data Hub) to embed access controls into data assets. Support implementation of data classification, and compliance standards. Document/ update and manage the relevant processes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and interpret datasets Perform data validation and reconciliation to maintain integrity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with business, IT, and governance stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Communicate effectively across teams to resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, governance, and access management.
• Strong proficiency in modern access management processes and governance platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data lakehouse architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Collibra or similar governance tools.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
• Exposure to campaign data management and enterprise data platforms.
