Senior Digital Product Manager

EU Digital is on a mission to transform a 175+ year old loved brand into the next generation of financial services, serving customers across 30+ countries with delightful digital products.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead a strategic product domain within our European Digital business. You will translate the product vision into actionable roadmaps, drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes, and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a highly visible role balancing strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership. You will own a significant product area such as customer acquisition, onboarding, remittance experience, retention, high-value senders, or adjacent financial services, ensuring we deliver customer value while accelerating business growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will own the roadmap and product strategy for a key region, product line or business domain within the European Digital portfolio.

  • Translate the broader Digital Product vision into clear priorities, objectives, and initiatives.  

  • Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and business needs to drive product innovation and growth.

  • Prioritize opportunities using customer insights, data analysis, experimentation, and commercial impact.

  • Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery and   optimization.

  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance

  • Drive product decisions using data, experimentation, customer feedback, and market insights.

  • Drive improvements across acquisition, onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and remove customer friction throughout the customer journey.

  • Lead experimentation programs and conversion optimization initiatives.

  • Ensure products are tailored for local market needs and customer segments across Europe.

  • Influence senior stakeholders across regional and global teams.

  • Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, risks, and opportunities effectively.

  • Build strong partnerships across business, technology, and operational functions.

  • Mentor and support Product Managers and cross-functional team members.

  • Champion product excellence, customer centricity, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

  • Promote the adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working to improve product delivery velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in digital product management within fintech, payments, banking, remittance, or high-growth digital businesses.

  • Proven track record of owning and scaling digital products that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.

  • Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, experimentation, and product analytics.

  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, onboarding, conversion optimization, retention, and engagement.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions using data and customer insights.

  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, international environments.

  • Passion for solving customer problems and building simple, trusted digital experiences.
