Objective of the position:
Supports DTNA’s Aftermarket sales by proactively managing Direct Ship supply chain, and providing industry leading customer service to our Dealer network. This position will drive continuous improvement to help improve processes, output and customer experience (CX).
• Provide parts sales support for Direct Ship (D/S) orders
• Drive continuous improvement including processes, systems and customer service
• Primary owner of Direct Ship APC’s, which includes providing order tracking information, estimated ship date, order cancellations, and other miscellaneous request
• Weekly order exception reports related to Direct Ship order issues
• Manage Direct Ship vendor inbox, which includes resolving supplier issues related to orders
• Provide support for internal partners, including DTNA Inside Sales and District Parts Managers

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

  • Proficient and microsoft office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word and One Note)
  •  Must speak fluent English.
  • English level: C1

Academic Knowledge: Business Admin or Supply Chain is prefer.

Main Functions:

- Direct Ship APC ticket escalation and customer service, which includes Dealer request for estimated ship dates, tracking information and order cancellation

- Primary owner for Vendor Inbox; work with third party vendors to ensure orders are being processed in a timely manner. This inbox is our primary communication tool for suppliers

-Weekly order exception reports: clear all Direct Ship reports related to purchase orders issues, parked invoices, and more.

-Monitor and manage supplier performance, incluiding leading supplier escalation meetings and follow up and corrective actions, onboarding suppliers regarding new initiatives.
