We're looking for an experienced Director Supply Chain and Logistics to join our Zscaler Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services team. Reporting to the VP Cloud Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Define long term vision for the Supply chain function and develop strategy for creating best practices and partner with key stakeholders to design and implement ODM and 3PL vendor program
  • Develop operational processes by determining business and product requirements and work closely with cross functional teams on establishing processes on new product models, agreements and processes
  • Develop and implement processes and systems for demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, asset management, logistics and delivery and establish close relationship with vendors to establish processes and procedures and track inventory levels to make sure we are managing it effectively and design and implement inventory and product delivery data analysis and reporting 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Must have 10 years of experience in Supply Management or Technical Operations and experience in fast phase environment in both NPI and sustaining phases
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role.
  • Experience in establishing a new supply chain, forecasting and procurement programs and processes
  • Experience working collaboratively across organizations; strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience building and fostering effective working relationships

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to details, time management, and multi-tasking skills and data-driven approach; building tools, collecting and analyzing data
  • Solid working knowledge and/or understanding of ISO 270001 or another compliance environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or Business, Supply Chain and PMP Certification is a plus

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$161,000$230,000 USD
