Job Description:

. Experience in sales operations or analytics, demonstrating strong analytic skills and proficiency in complex Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Responsible for tracking secured outlook, sales performance, and incentives, including dispute resolution.

• Oversee Salesforce pipeline tracking, ensuring end-to-end accuracy from opportunity to order booking in ERP systems.

• Conduct weekly and daily order forecasting for secured orders and margins, aligning with sales director commitments.

• Analyze risks and upsides deal-by-deal, driving actionable steps to close deals with articulated support needs.

• Track key sales pipeline metrics, including generation, growth, and win/loss analysis.

• Collaborate with internal teams for monthly sales performance reporting and incentive resolutions.

• Reconcile secured numbers with finance post-month closure, ensuring submission accuracy for financial approvals.

• Coordinate with VBU leaders on pipeline sufficiency each month to meet targets.

• Manage credit block clearances and credit term approvals as per DOA policies. • Monitor sales capacity and productivity regularly, driving strategies for improved performance.

• Implement and manage sales deployment strategies in line with market growth initiatives.

• Foster a high-performance culture by identifying top sellers, managing low performers, and executing reward and recognition initiatives.

• Develop account-based commercial KPIs and publish performance results monthly.

• Own the order booking processes for secured orders in ERP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 12+ years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in sales operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce and CRM data management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
