Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is looking for an International Tax Project Manager based out of Renton, WA; Chicago, IL; or Hazelwood, MO.

In this position, you will collaborate with teammates in a hybrid work environment to support all aspects of international tax processes in support of the Boeing Commercial Airplanes business.  

A successful candidate will be highly motivated with a demonstrated understanding of international tax concepts, be able to manage multiple projects at once, and have expertise using technology to enhance tax operations. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Advise on the direct and indirect tax consequences of global business operations and opportunities

  • Build lasting relationships and partner with the business to anticipate and drive innovative solutions to create value

  • Effectively communicate complex tax concepts to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner

  • Evaluate and recommend tax technology solutions that align with the needs and goals of the global tax team

  • Champion the adoption and implementation of tax technology solutions, promoting their benefits and advocating for their integration into existing tax processes

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of tax technology solutions with existing systems and processes

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field

  • 5+ years of corporate income tax experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of international tax experience

  • Public accounting tax experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of tax technology tools and solutions, including tax software, data analytics, and automation tools.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Summary pay range: $113,050 – $152,950
