How you'll make an impact

• Install, commission, and test power transformers, switchgear, and grid automation equipment.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites across Mexico.

• Execute equipment upgrades following engineering specifications.

• Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Write detailed service reports with findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams.

• Manage spare parts inventory and field service tools.

• Respond to emergency service requests as needed.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
   

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in field service engineering.

• Knowledge of high-voltage equipment and power systems.

• Experience with testing tools such as multimeters and relay test sets.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Mexico.

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
