What to expect on this role
We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Python Engineer with experience in card issuing to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about the payments industry, possess a good understanding of card issuing processes, and excel in analyzing and optimizing payment workflows, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
As the Python Engineer specializing in card issuing, you will assume a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting edge payment solutions. Leveraging your wealth of experience and strategic insight, you will intricately design, optimize, and drive the evolution of payment ecosystems, with a specific emphasis on card issuance.
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and systems, with a focus on card issuing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
Define and roll out guidelines for clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Provide strategic guidance on technology selection, system integration, and overall solution design.
Qualifications and Tech Proficiency
Proven experience of at least 3 years on a technical role
Experience and proficiency in communicating with clients.
Experience in payments with a focus on card issuing.
Understanding of card program management, including issuing, activation, and lifecycle management.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
