Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Team Manager
 

  • Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Sales Campaigns: Design and implement effective ad sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ads Strategy and Intelligence: Work with cross functional team to develop and manage automated / AI infused strategies to optimize revenue.
    Governance on Listings, Ads Campaign Creation, and Optimization
  • Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines and standards for ad listings and campaign management to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
  • Campaign Creation: Oversee the development of ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market needs.
  • Optimization: Monitor and optimize ad campaign performance using data-driven insights, making adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership and Management
  • Recruitment and Training: Overlook the benchmark and Qualification metrics of Hire, train, and develop a high-performing ad sales team.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Motivation and Morale: Foster a positive and motivating work environment using objective led initiatives such as Team contest, Buddy Program to keep the team engaged and productive and identify future leads.
  • Strategic Planning
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive ad sales revenue as a factor of GMV growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Market Analysis: Working with Strategy / Market Ops Team to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform advertising strategies.
  • Client Segmentation: Identify and target key client segments to maximize ad sales opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address stakeholder concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes and enhance overall business performance.

Job Qualifications:

·        At least 6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales /Telemarketing

·        Experience in BPO services or Ecommerce platform is a plus.

·        Strong organizational, leadership & analytical skills

·        Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management

·        Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

·        Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

·        Analytical mindset with data analysis and interpretation proficiency to drive insights and decision-making.

·        Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
