Job Description:

In depth understanding of China Automotive Market, local Car OEM and Tier 1. Familiar with automotive applications such as BMS, ADAS, infotainment and powertrain.  Formulate, execute and optimize account strategy for sustainable & profitable growth at customer. Follow up customer’s sales and demand change, ensure appropriate sales reporting timely. Teamwork with marketing, FAE and AE to achieve revenue goal. Identify the key projects with high growth potential, acquire resources of product line to drive Design-Wins. Work closely with product line, convince them to get support for new product definitions. New applications and projects development in customer with ‘ice-breaking’ capability.

Job Requirements:

Location: Shenzhen Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of sales experience for Automotive Tier 1 or Local Car OEM. Ability to work under pressure internal and customer. And could make right decisions under big pressure. Strong teamwork capability to resist pressure and solve critical issue. Familiar with Local Car OEM internal working process. Fluent written & oral English for business. Self-Motivation, Result-Oriented and Fast Moving. Good interpersonal and communication skill to drive business growth.
