Overview

As part of the SME Banking Business Transformation team, you will be responsible for measuring, tracking, reporting and providing analysis on the sales teams' performance. This role is impactful as its objective would be to propose and make fundamental changes in the sales teams' KRA to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Head of Business & Corporate Banking (Business Transformation - SME).

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Business Development & Campaign Strategy

• Responsible for planning and executing SME campaigns within SME Banking to grow market shares, promote cross selling and improve P&L as well as client engagement across SME segments.
• To seamlessly align with key internal units—including Product, Sales, Analytics, CRM, and Compliance to deliver data-driven campaigns and enable Relationship Managers to achieve business targets
• Set campaign objectives and KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion rate, cross-sell rate, revenue, NIM impact). & Develop and manage campaign calendars aligned with product launches and seasonal trends
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD sales performance and productivity tracking, using this to facilitate SME Areas' Periodical sales performance review.

 Engagement & Planning

• Working closely with the BIAU and LOS team on the provision of data and reports for the sales campaign, awards purpose and KRA setting.
• Analyze RM portfolios to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Plan, budget, oversight and implement projects through to production – coordinate deliverables from internal specialists, business consultants, technical consultants and vendors – ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
• To assist with the customer portfolio analysis and review, for the purpose of budgeting purpose for both SME Areas and branches.

• Malaysian Citizen

Education/Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar industry and/or consulting with a proven track record in Sales Management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to effectively convey complex information at all levels.
• Detailed with numbers, reporting and analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; expert/advance level in both Excel and PowerPoint
